Note that the only character that doesn’t count toward 100% game completion is Dancing Jack Sparrow. After that purchase Score 圆 and you’ll soon get all the bolts you could possibly need to purchase characters. That way, if you are missing someone, you will know who it is and can figure out where to find them. Your best bet is to purchase the Score x2 red hat from the very beginning, which will help you get bolts faster, and help you get True Pirate easily on most missions. The characters are listed in the same order as they appear on the in-game character selection screen. Pine, Pirates of the Caribbean, Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End. This takes some luck, but a LOT of bolts to buy them all.
